2001-02: Appeared in all 32 games as a redshirt freshman, averaging 28.2 mpg ... led the UW (second among Big Ten frosh) in rebounding at 5.3 rpg ... sixth in the conference with 2.34 offensive rebounds per game ... recorded four “double-doubles,” most by a Big Ten freshman and most by a UW frosh since Rashard Griffith in 1993-94 ... scored in double figures 15 times ... second-best free throw percentage by a UW freshman (.756) in history ... second on the squad with 40 steals ... averaged 9.3 ppg (fourth on team) ... averaged 12.2 ppg and 6.3 rpg at home ... scored career-high 19 points, including 13-16 shooting from the free throw line, and added nine rebounds vs. Ohio State ... recorded first career “double-double” against Furman (15 pts./11 rebs.) then followed that with 16 points and career-best 12 rebounds in upset of Marquette ... also recorded back-to-back “double-doubles” later in the season vs. Minnesota (14 pts./10rebs.) and Purdue (16 pts./10rebs.) ... scored 15 points, including 4-5 three-pointers, vs. Tennessee ...
