| Enrolled at Carolina in January * Four-year starter * Played safety as a freshman, quarterback and safety the next two seasons and running back and linebacker as a senior * Rushed for 1,827 yards and 29 touchdowns as a senior and played linebacker and safety * Helped lead Clover to its first regional championship since 1977 * Clover finished 8-4 and advanced to the second round of the state playoffs * Member of The Charlotte Observer's All-Upper South Carolina Team * Scored six touchdowns on punt or kickoff returns * Led the team with 105 tackles and finished his career with 350 tackles * Also caught four touchdown passes and threw a pair of scoring tosses * Named the MVP of the North-South All-Star Game in Myrtle Beach, rushing for 119 yards and three touchdowns * Coached by Marty Woolbright * Son of Juanita and Ronnie McGill * Born January 24, 1985. |
