| Looks the part and has tremendous straight-line speed (4.65) for a linebacker. Very good tackler in the box and has decent range. Very good chase speed to close and doesn't give up on plays. Needs to get looser hips, change of direction in space could be better and needs to take better angles on his tackles. Dex is a very good prospect who's best football is ahead of him at the next level. |

| Dex Jones is going to be a three-year varsity starter for Montini in 2007. Dex started on both sides of the football as a junior and was an all-conference selection. Didn't start playing football until his freshman year. Very good athlete with a tremendous upside. |
