2000: Redshirt season ... finished fourth in the 2001 U.S. Junior National Cross Country Championships ... qualified for the World Junior Cross Country Championships and placed third among Americans and 24th overall

Track

2003: Earned All-America honors as a member of the distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the NCAA indoor championships with a time of 9:34.01 ... recorded an NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the mile with his 4:04.01 win at the Iowa State Classic ... member of the second place distance medley relay team at Big Ten indoors (9:56.24) ... finished fourth in the mile at the Big Ten indoors in 4:08.24

2002: Earned All-America honors at the NCAA outdoor championships with a third-place finish in the 1500 meters in 3:43.16 ... member of the UW’s distance medley relay team that finished second at the NCAA indoor championships ... their time of 9:32.32 established a new school record
