McNamara Decides on Wisconsin
MADISON - When Joe McNamara de-committed from Stanford, he wasn't sure what other opportunities he would have to play college football. Lucky for him, the University of Wisconsin was still interested. Taking his official visit this weekend, McNamara become the 24th verbal commit and the three defensive tackle to pledge themselves to the 2010 recruiting class. "The visit went really well, I liked everything about it and I committed to play for them," McNamara told Badger Nation. "My family and I are excited." McNamara choose Wisconsin over offers from Florida Atlantic, Florida International and Marshall. McNamara becomes the fourth Florida player to join the class, joining defensive backs Peniel Jean and Jameson Wright and running back James White. McNamara was headed to dinner with his family and would call back later in the evening with more details.
