One of the best young receivers in Illinois, Keith Sconiers continues to climb the charts. Possessing stout athleticism, Sconiers is all-purpose receiver that can make plays with the ball in his hands, characteristics that have a lot of schools, like Wisconsin, wanting to take a closer look.
