With his Mequon Homestead team ranked number two in the state, the Highlanders look poised to make it back to the WIAA state championship game and avenge last year's disappointment. Thus far, Homestead is on pace to get there, thanks in large part to the sterling play of its defense, led by Wisconsin recruit Shelby Harris.
