Curt Phillips, a 6-foot-3, 215-pound, quarterback, from Kingsport (Tenn.) Sullivan is preparing for his trip to Madison this weekend. Phillips talked to Badger Nation about several subjects including the Outback Bowl and what he expects to happen once spring football begins.
