A little over a month ago, Ohio State and Notre Dame were high on Mike Hartline's list. The 6-foot-5 1/2, 185-pound Canton (Ohio) GlenOak quarterback had to face the realization, however, that those schools had reached their ceiling on scholarship signal callers.
