Thirty-six Wisconsin student-athletes make 2003-04 fall Academic All-Big Ten teams

The Big Ten has announced its fall Academic All-Conference Teams. To earn the honor, students must be athletic letterwinners in at least their second year on campus and have a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.0

Of the 559 student-athletes honored across the Big Ten, 36 are Badgers. Purdue led all conference schools with 70 Academic All-Big Ten performers.

Women's soccer sophomore forward Jessica Ring, a criminal justice and legal studies major in her third year on campus, leads the Wisconsin contingent with a career 4.0 GPA.
