Four-star tight end David Edwards of Downers Grove North (Ill.) took a visit to Wisconsin and recaps it inside.
"The visit to Wisconsin was awesome," Edwards said. "My favorite part was meeting with head coach Gary Andersen."
While Edwards visited he got a pretty good idea of what the Badgers have to offer.
"While I was on campus I got to meet with the coaches, tour the football facilities, tour the campus and then watch practice," Edwards said.
It's no secret that Wisconsin is recruiting Edwards pretty hard, and will continue to.
"The coaches were just telling me how I would fit in their system and how they really try to create a family environment at Wisconsin," Edwards said.
The 6-foot-6, 200 pound prospect visited Madison with his dad, who also left with a favorable impression.
"I went with my dad and he liked it as well," Edwards said.
Edwards is beginning his spring break and plans to visit Penn State, Ohio State, and Iowa before the break ends. Previously on Scout.com, he reflected on what he would be looking for during those visits.
"I have been to a couple of the schools, and I am just excited to build a better relationship with those coaches," Edwards said.
