Despite a game-high 28 points from junior Frank Kaminsky and a valiant second-half effort, No.12 Wisconsin couldn't overcome a 21-point deficit in the first half, falling to No.22 Michigan State, 83-75 in the Big Ten tournament semifinals Saturday.
