Lakeland (FL) Lake Gibson Senior safety Kendall Gant has trimmed his scholarship list of over 19 offers down to 10.

The 6-2, 180-pound Gant tweeted out his top 10 on Tuesday night, saying the schools he is still considering are: Alabama, Georgia, Florida State, Kentucky, USC, Ohio State, Tennessee, UCF, Minnesota and Louisville.

Playing both free safety and cornerback depending on the competition, Gant finished with five interceptions last season.

"Offenses tested me, but I got the best of them," said Gant. "Sometimes they got the best of me. If they got me, I've got to get them back. I did pretty good at both (positions). I got some picks at both."

Saying he wants to give every school that offers him a chance, Gant said he will "definitely" visit Florida State and possibly Ohio State. He is undecided when he will make his final decision.

A four-star prospect, Gant is ranked the No.19 safety in the country by Fox Sports Next.
