A look at West Des Moines (IA) Valley senior defensive tackle and Wisconsin commit Sam Raridon on film.

Sam Raridon Profile

Badger Nation Publisher Benjamin Worgull: Raridon is tenacious and relentless, which can be seen by the way he always stays in the play and never quits. He is a solid tackler and knows how to bring down the ball carrier. At Wisconsin's high school camp, Raridon was aggressive at the point of attack and often was pushing back the linemen before they were even out of their stances. He is a good find out of a state where Iowa has traditionally built a solid wall around it for in-state recruiting.

National Recruiting Analyst Allen Trieu: He's a high effort, high motor guy. His film doesn't jump out at you with "wow" plays, but he just makes solid play after solid play. He has good technique and he never stops coming after the ball carrier. He's pretty good in pursuit and space, and he does a good job of recognizing plays, being disciplined and staying home.
