MADISON - Wisconsin’s summer camp continues to yield dividends for the Badgers’ coaching staff.
A little over a week after earning his scholarship offer at Wisconsin first high school summer camp, Toledo (OH) St. John's senior offensive lineman Matt Miller committed to Wisconsin this morning, according to a report from Fox Toledo.
The three-star offensive guard ranked No.31 in the country by Scout.com chose Wisconsin over other offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Miami, Michigan State and Purdue among others.
"Yeah, I think the O-Line thing is huge,” Miller told us following the offer. “It's something we talked a lot about with them. The past few years, turning on the TV, I was watching Wisconsin, to watch the offensive line. Their tradition, it's very impressive. Obviously for anyone who accepts a Division-1 scholarship, the ultimate goal is try to make it to the next level."
Stay tuned to Badger Nation for more from Miller.
