Jeter Headed to the SEC

After grabbing scholarships from the Big 12, Big East, Big Ten and SEC, Beaver Falls (Pa.) small forward Sheldon Jeter announces his decision.

After seeing his recruitment take off over the last six months, Beaver Falls (Pa.) small forward Sheldon Jeter has landed at one of the best academic schools in the country.

Announcing his decision on Twitter, the 6-7 all-state player has committed to Vanderbilt.

Jeter picked the Commodores over his other three finalists Penn State, South Carolina and Wisconsin.

Vanderbilt came late to the party, one of the last schools to offer him, but got Jeter to take an official visit on April 15; a visit where Jeter said he got along great with the returning players.

Fox Sports will have more from Jeter
