Curt Phillips had outside hope of being able to contribute in some form or fashion during the 2010 football season, but his knee had other ideas when it betrayed him for a second time. Although having a lighter workload this spring, Phillips is showing the UW coaches that a couple knee surgeries hasn't made him waver.
